Show Business

Catherine Guerin

In an exciting combination of movement, text and sound, this piece takes us to the very origin of where any show really starts: the drawing board a.k.a. our home office, where the process of filling in application forms happens.
“Accompanied by Guerin's voice, who deconstructs the term 'Show Business' and morphs it into 'Home Office' eventually even resulting in 'Burn Out', the precise dance shows the according physical and often grotesque alterations.” (Mannheimer Morgen, June 19th 2019)
